E-Bulletin #7   2 February 2011   In this issue The wait is finally over - registration is now open Fees and refunds New site and site map Mark your calendars Congratulations, Judith Heumann The wait is finally over - registration is now open  If you plan on attending Women's Worlds 2011 (3-7 July in Ottawa-Gatineau, Canada), the time to register is now. The online process really could not be simpler: complete a registration form, issue payment, and print off the confirmation message. Done. Visit our online registration page. Fees and refunds Special early pricing is in effect until 15 April 2011. General participation costs $395 (CDN) before 15 April and $485 (CDN) after. The fee for students / under 26 / low income/ women's groups with an annual budget under 350,000 is $100 (CDN) before 15 April and $150 (CDN) after. We are able to offer 100% refund on cancellations before 15 April. A $50 administration fee will be retained on cancellations before 31 May. There will be no refunds after 1 June.
