The wait is finally over - registration is now open

 
If you plan on attending Women's Worlds 2011 (3-7 July in Ottawa-Gatineau, Canada), the time to register is now. The online process really could not be simpler: complete a registration form, issue payment, and print off the confirmation message. Done.

Fees and refunds

Special early pricing is in effect until 15 April 2011.

General participation costs $395 (CDN) before 15 April and $485 (CDN) after.

The fee for students / under 26 / low income/ women's groups with an annual budget under 350,000 is $100 (CDN) before 15 April and $150 (CDN) after.

We are able to offer 100% refund on cancellations before 15 April. A $50 administration fee will be retained on cancellations before 31 May. There will be no refunds after 1 June.

15 February - deadline to apply to the Solidarity Fund

late March - "congress at a glance" (basic schedule) available on our website

15 April - last day for special early registration fees

May - launch of official program
