Hello hikers!

Tuleyome's hike last Saturday was to the summit of Berryessa Peak, and was an amazing hike on one of the signature trails in the new National Monument.  We posted photos here:

This Saturday, weather permitting, we will have another work day at Cold Canyon.  The trail day will be from 8:30am to 2pm, on December 19th, with the option to stay later if you like.  We'll be installing water redirection features, water bars, and doing some trail repair.  RAIN WILL CANCEL!  We don't want to do more damage than repair, so if it is raining in the morning the event will be canceled.

Meet at 8:30am at the LOWER dirt parking area, located immediately upstream from the bridge over Putah Creek on Highway 128, on the south side.  Do NOT park on the side of the road at the old parking area right off the highway.  If you plan on coming out, bring water, lunch, and a pair of gloves.  We should have enough tools for everyone.
Please come on out and help restore one of our favorite local hiking spots.
