HEAL FASTING

Fasting done the right way is the most effective physical method of healing known on Earth. It cures serious diseases, improves health and mood, increases the level of human energy and rejuvenates.

There are different methods of healing by fasting, two of them: dry and ordinary, are the simplest and most efficient.

 

DRY FASTING

This is the simplest method because one doesn't put anything in the mouth, not even water. Actually, to make it most efficient, one doesn't even (literally) touch any water. The organism (body) should be kept without any liquid during the whole fasting period. Dry fasting gives 2 to 3 times higher efficiency for the body cleaning (excreting) system. In making a comparison, it can be said that 1 week of dry fasting is as efficient as 2 to 3 weeks of ordinary fasting (when only clean water is allowed).

Fasting without any water can last from 1 to 14 days. It depends on some factors. The drier and the hotter the air, the shorter one can stay without drinking. One can spend less time dry fasting when more physical activity causing perspiring is involved. If these factors are typical (normal), the ordinary man can stay without drinking for about 7 days. While dry fasting, one should regularly check the hydration of the skin, which indicates amount of water in the body. The amount of the water (body hydration) can change in the organism within some limits. If it goes lower then the lowest allowed limit (below critical point), it cannot be restored and the body will stop functioning (die). In normal conditions the average person can stay without any drink, not risking passing the critical point, for 4 days.
Another important factor deciding, how long a person can dry fast, is the amount of toxins accumulated in the body that have to be excreted using water (as solution and transportation mean). If, for example, before fasting the person had eaten a lot of salty foods, he/she should not start dry fasting before the body excretes all the excess salt. One can conclude from this, it is better to fast on water before starting dry fasting. It's a good idea to start fasting on only pure water for a week and then continue without any water for another week. If you plan to fast longer, you can consider stopping water consumption in the last week (up to two) before the end of the fasting. Anyway, after fasting on water only for a few days, the need for drinking goes down so much, that one ordinary doesn't feel thirsty for more then just a few spoons of water a day. During any fasting don't force your body to drink more then it clearly asks for.

 

ORDINARY FASTING

The fasting person eats absolutely nothing, even in form of substances solved in water (sugar, honey, coffee, tea, fruit). Also no juice drink is recommended (otherwise it will be a liquidarian diet). During fasting distiled or demineralized water is preferred. It is important to know, that adding any substances to the drinking water (e.g. a few drops of lemon juice, just for taste) will disturb the organism and the fasting process therefore causing less efficiency of the healing fasting. Actually when (during fasting) the organism receives anything more then just water, it is not fasting any more. Instead, it is under a hunger diet (which in some rare cases sometimes can be useful).
The ordinary fasting lasts from 1 day to a few months. This mostly depends on amount of accumulated (mainly under the skin) fat. In average, for losing (burning) 1 kilogram of fat, one needs to fast from 2 to 4 days. So, if one is 20 kg overweight, he/she can prolong the fasting by 40 to 80 days. The main heal fasting takes from 1 to 40 days. Generally, the longer the fasting the better the results. In most non-overweight cases fasting shorter then 2 weeks may not give lasing results. In case of an overweight person, more time for losing (burning) the excess weight should be added to the main heal fasting time.

If you've never fasted, it is better to first exercise. Your first fasting can be done at any time, make it just for 24 hours. After a week o so, you can fast for 3 days and nights. Next fasting, after taking a break for some time, can last for 5 days and nights or for a week. Later, having already so much self-confidence and experience, you can easily fast for 10 days or (better) for 2 weeks. Having experienced fasting for 2 weeks, you can easily and confidently fast for a few weeks. From a biological point of view, for the average (not under- and not over-weight) person, 40 days fast often causes miracles. It deeply biologically rejuvenates the organism (it's visually and clinically proved fact), eliminates almost all diseases (some illnesses like old cancer needs 2 or 3 fasts), removes wrinkles, and makes the hair to darken and/or grow anew, not to mention advantages resulting from the lost of excess fat. People experiencing healing fasts excitingly talk about many psychological and physical benefits. “I've never in my life felt so good”, “If one doesn't experience it, one can't say truly what good health is, even if he/she was never suffering from any illness” — these and similar expressions are stated.

There is one serious danger of fasting, which can make the body to stop functioning (die) — fear. The social suggestion, in which we are educated, deep-rooted in the human subconsciousness the conviction (program), that the human being has to eat well, that fasting is too dangerous and killing the body. Well, if you believe it, don't fast longer then just a few days at first, because it is quite possible, that because of the fear, your body will stop working right and may even die. First exercise, 24 hours, 2 days, 3, 5, 7, 10 days and so on, until you experience enough, that such rooted belief is based on misunderstandings concerning functioning of the human organism.

 

TROUBLES

During fasting the human organism can react in various unpleasant ways. Every person feels them differently to such an extend. One will have no trouble during the whole fasting while the other will feel so badly that he/she will feel almost ready to die. If you feel well during fasting, you can enjoy the healing and rejuvenating process, and occupy yourself with other things. If you feel any trouble, know that these are signs of biological purification and you need some patience waiting for them to pass. In very few cases the troubles may require breaking the fast.

The organism may experience unpleasant symptoms such as:

·         Headache, pain of any internal organ, pain of bone, joint, eyes or anything else;

·         Weakness;

·         Dehydration of the organism;

·         Dizziness and fainting;

·         Weight lost;

·         Psychic (mental) instability;

·         Sudden or acute illness (old or chronic disease strong activation);

·         Allergy;

·         Kidney; liver, gall bladder stone movements resulting in severe pain;

·         Fever;

·         Drop of blood pressure;

·         Heart palpitations;

·         Nausea, vomiting.

 

If any or more of these symptoms appear during fasting, just wait until it goes after a few hours, days or (rare) weeks. These and other possible symptoms are not dangerous for the body, but you still need to pay attention to some of them. If for example you have too low blood pressure, you better watch yourself when rising, driving a car, swimming etc. If before starting the fast your blood pressure was already low, pay more attention to it (make suitable exercise, drink some herbs) in order not to allow it to drop to dangerous level. If you have kidney stones, it is advisable to wash them out before fasting or fast gradually, because long fasting can cause fast stone eliminating process, which is good as long as the stone doesn't fall into big pieces, of which one can block the ureter (very, very painful and can be dangerous; if this happen, better don't stop fasting but take appropriate measures to eliminate the blocking piece).

To summarize: all of the organism unpleasant symptoms are indications, that the body is getting rid of (accumulated within years) toxins and dead cells, adjusting functions (e.g. the glands), repair. The human organism's perfectly self-ruling mechanism is restoring the perfect state of function. Fasting is a period of time, when the person doesn't interfere with food. This allows the organism to bring back everything to order, make the necessary adjustments, cleaning and reparations, so that the body (most important tool in our material universe) can function well again. Nothing bad happens if the fasting doesn't last too long. Too long fasting can make the organism to lose too much cells and life energy (waste the organism).

 

REMARKS

LARGE INTESTINE CLEANING (ENEMA)

It is very useful (and healing by itself) for the body to clean the large intestine before and during fasting (except the dry one) using water (enema). Some people sense that is repulsive act. If you belong to them, you don't have to clean the intestine. However before giving up the idea of enema, know, that unclean intestine contain putrefying substances, which are being absorbed by the blood and transported through the whole organism (including the brain). These toxins circulate through the whole organism causing unpleasant symptoms and additionally charging the already heavily working liver and kidneys. Part of the intestinal content is never excreted; it stays inside in form of feces stones glued to the lining. Such stones cause intestine sickness including ulcer and cancer. Knowing these facts you can make a conscious choice, to see the feces flowing out (you will wonder, what things can be there) or to putrefy inside.

To wash the intestine you can just use flowing water without any added substances. Just remember, that the large intestine is around 80 cm long and is a tube of many curves, so it can require several deep washes (enemas) to be cleaned thoroughly. Don't be afraid of how often and how deep to wash it. For example, you can wash it once a day during the first week of fasting, every second day during the next week and twice a week later. When only clean water is flowing out, then you can stop making the enema or do it only once a week. It can take a month to make the intestine clean in the sides.

Well-done enema is quite an efficient healing method by itself. In many cases, even without fasting, just making deep enemas is enough to heal a person from so called “incurable disease”. Most people are surprised, when they see things flowing out from the intestine, especially after a week or more of fasting. Many substances stay glued to the intestinal lining for years. It isn't very uncommon, that reminders of substances eaten in childhood are still glued (in form of black stones mixed with gum like mucus) to the intestinal walls after even 40 years. Only deep enema combined with fasting can wash them out.

PHYSICAL MOVEMENT

It is advisable to provide more activity to the body during fasting. This is especially true if one has not been involved in an active (physical) lifestyle (working in office). Walking, cycling, swimming (all in nature) are recommended. Physical activity helps the organism to eliminate the toxins faster and more efficiently. Do it especially during times when you feel bad and week because of low energy levels. But if you are so week that you can't stand or walk for very long, it is better to stay in bed and take more rest for a day of two. Let prudence guide you.

Some physical activities which don't make the muscles tired, but give more energy, are very helpful — they are called energizing exercises. Chinese Qi-gong, Tai-Ji, Indian Yoga, Western Isometric gymnastics and similar are highly recommended. Don't give up if you don't know any of them. Potentially a person is able to make much more then is suspecting from him/herself. Simply, focus yourself on feeling the energy flowing through the body. At the same time don't think, just feel the energy flow and you will discover, that the muscles (body parts) want to move slowly and gentle. When making the energizing exercises, what's important is the ability to feel the flowing energy instead of the actual movements.
