Hi Mr Krishan,

The most common reason why you are seeing this error could be that the API call made to the Payment Gateway failed.
The transaction failed on PG side and it was redirected to the parent site (YEA site) which was poorly programmed to show you the error code instead of logging that and displaying a more user friendly issue. 

You can file this on the developer’s portal of YEA, which can be resolved quite easily.

This happens with MNC’s also ;-). That is why we have bugs in every software.

I am sure if you try again then the issue will not reproduce. Sometimes the load on servers increases and I believe that YEA also uses Windows server which might be outdated or overloaded.

Dear Mr. Gaurav

Seen your post containing technical explanation of the message flashed while making online payment.  Today morning I made the online payment through ICICI Gateway (payment made through netbanking).  After the payment transfer was through, one receipt of ICICI Bank with YEA payment transaction No. was generated.  Further, while relogging in to dev.yamunaexpressway and going in for Önline Property Account System/ Online Transaction History, the above mentioned Transaction Reference YEA.... was figuring and status was shown as Success.  However, while pressing the Receipt button, some error message is popped up.  In nutshell, though the transaction is reflected as Success, receipt from the above portal of yamuna expressway site is not generating.  I am not much of tech savy person and hence I am not able to interpret as to whether the transaction would reflect in the data-base of yamuna expressway authority against my Allotment Number/Allottee and payment made by me or not.  Can you please help in de-ciphering this confusion.

Once the website is opened, you can notice a rectanglr in green colour at your right hand side for "Online Property Accounts Dystem". On clinking this, it will open the login page for existing customers. New customer have to register here and then login for online payment.
