Hello All

Does any one have information regarding possession of plots allotted in sector 17 block c under YEIDA RPS03 scheme.
I have been allotted a plot of area 120sqmt but haven't recieved any communication from authority even though I have submitted full payment in July 2016.

In case someone has recieved any intimation regarding this sceme then please let me know.

No information so far, however YEIDA claimed in 2016 that possession would be given within 3 years. YEIDA officers had announced in newspapers during the launch of RPS 2016 scheme that land already acquired and RPS 2016 had no issues like RPS 2009 Scheme. Anybody can check press notification of RPS 2016 scheme.

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority RPS-03 Scheme: Salient Features

1. In the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has offered total 1850 leasehold residential plots for the allotment to the applicants through a lottery draw of lots.

2. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has already acquired the land on which the residential plots of RPS-03/2016 scheme would be developed.

3. In YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has offered the residential plots at an allotment rate of Rs. 15,620 per square meter.

4. YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 is a well-planned residential project with state of the art infrastructure and facility of a gated complex for a secured and relaxed community living.

5. The YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 will be a landscaped green area with outdoor sports facilities and play areas for children and adults.

6. The YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016 will have a provision of adequate space for all modern amenities such as quality infrastructure and public utility services such as community centre, school, children park, shopping centre, etc. within the complex.

7. The residential plots in the YEIDA RPS-03 scheme will have provision of facilities such as 24×7 filtered water supply, metalled roads, storm water drainage with rainwater harvesting, underground sewerage system, and underground electrical line.

8. In the YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme RPS-03/2016, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is giving residential plots on easy installments plan.

Same Here Amritanshu (120 square meters plot allotted in sector 17C). I went to the location and tried to trace the plot but there are no markings other than few for sector 17-A. Do you have any map of Sector 17-C so that we can try to trace our plots?

              When this scheme was circulated in 2016, then it was declared by authorities that YEIDA was in actual possession of land which was earmarked for Sector 17. The situation was claimed to be not like earlier 2009 scheme. But, when I see Google Geographical map, then I find that the designated area meant for Sector 17 is regularly cultivated by farmers. It means that YEIDA was never in possession of Sector 17 land, very much like earlier 2009 scheme. I feel surprised to see as to what compels Government authorities tell blatant lie to general public. When Government officials are posted in authority, then it is expected that Government bureaucracy will behave in neutral fashion and will present true picture unlike private builders. In general. people have more faith in Government schemes as compared to Private builders. But, YEIDA has crossed all limits and is still advertising new schemes promising heavens in Yamuna Expressway area, though the factual position is that there is nothing on the ground except tall claims and false promises.

Hi Vineet,

There is a similar situation for Sec-22D plots. Authority mentioned in the brochure that land is in its possession and it was not the actual situation.
We need to unite together [through YERWA] and file a case against authority.

Hello Mr Awadhesh

What kind of letters you mentioned, have you recieved letters for taking posession or for lease deed ?

I visited YEIDA office on Monday and Mr Nitin over there said that letters will be released by April 2020 now instead of Dec 2019.
When I asked about the delay, he said some kind of severage work is going on currently over there and once it will be done authority will start sending letters for posession/lease.
I am not sure about the correctness of his statement but this is the latest update I have.

It will be better if we create some kind of whatsapp group for all of us.

Is there any information about RPS03 because we all completed more than three year as per YEIDA agreement and we suppose to take possession on our plot, but till now no information from YEIDA,

Can we create one whatsaap group so we can discuss about this issue and what is our next plan because YEIDA not going to deliver this plot easily, since earlier all this type of scheme still people not got there possession on there plot.

Dear All,

As per RPS03/2016, authority had asked 3 year time for physical possession of the plots. Most of the buyers who got the allotment had paid entire amount at the time of allotment of the plot.
We are paying interest on that amount.
Since this timline of 3 years had already over. We should ask authority to bear the interest cost till the time of posession of the plots.

We request other members of RPS03/2016 , please share their views on the same.

After repeated requests, YEIDA has communicated on 16 June 2020 that the development work of Sector-17 is still going on and it will take another one (01) year to complete the work.

That means for 5 years the money will be blocked without interest. We may approach a lawyer to put up a case together. The Government charges 10% flat rate interest if they sanction some money and not utilised by the agency to whom it is being sanctioned.

Just to share with RPS03 people, we from BHS02 scheme, are still on the similar ground since our allotment in Feb 2014.
They are not better than private builders and taking advantage of people's trust in Government. 

There is need to share our concerns with DM, CM, PM, Ministry of Urban Development. I believe, because of no formation of any formal group, we are just going upto YEIDA and not beyond that. 

I may suggest you not to make any subgroup out of it, and share our common concern together (though we have allotments from different projects, but facing the same problem).

Dear All,

We all RPS03/2016 team paid all payment on time to YEIDA and YEIDA not delivering the plot on time, hope many people took the loan from bank with high interest rate and till today we are paying that interest without any possession WHY?

Here I am requesting to all please any one who is staying Noida or near by Noida please take necessary initiative and we all will support you in all aspects, for all of us is not possible to go there every day to discuss with lawyer YEIDA team etc. about further steps on our plots

If any body interested to do this is very much appreciated from all of us.
