ATL / Lease Deed for Sector-18 Pocket-3B ( Plot figured in Dec-2019 stay list)

Hello Safal Ji and All,

I have received one page letter (dated 18th August) form authority few days ago. It is asking me to finish the Lease Deed before 30th September. 

This letter mention's about some previous letter/checklist sent to me which I have never received.

I am far away from Greater Noida and It would not be possible for me to visit authority office because of this Covid pendemic until travel restrictions are relaxed.

I have few question and would like to get your opinion on this.

1. Has anyone has received letter from authority for Lease Deed for Sec-18 Pocket 3B or has done ?

(I don't know if everyone has to finish the Deed before 30th Sept or only those people getting the letter)

2. My plot has figured in stay-list as per the attached document from Authority. Can authority still force us to get the Lease Deed done? Is their someone in same situation as mine?

and most important

3. Is it possible to pay only Administrative Fee/whatever using authority online services now and then finish the Deed at later point of time?

I request everyone and (Safal Ji :) ) to please reply/suggest if you have answers to anyone of this questions. 

Please forgive for my ignorance if its naive thing to ask.

My plot is in sector 18, 5A. But I am not aware of this stay list. Could you pls tell me when was this stay  list given by court. We can check the current status of stay. I was under the impression that there is no stay for any plot as issues have been settled with farmers by paying extra compensation. 8 installments of extra compensation have been recovered from all of us by authority to settle the issue with farmers outside the court.

I got this list from authority website which was published in Dec-2019. I don't know about the current status and if none of the plot is under any litigation.

As per the authority the are grossly understaffed and repeated request by them to UP government hasn't yielded any positive results.

I'm told the legal department has no one to head it for months and most junior staff are vacant for years... as a result, Authority is unable to update and post latest list of stayed plots.

As per my understanding, lease deed could be executed with in one year from the date specified by Authority.

They would charge some fee for it.

Did  some one got  the  letter   from YEIDA   for  the   sector 20 , Block N  asking to  get the  lease  done , iam just waiting  and there  is no letter  so far
