Dear colleagues --
The Wyoming Geographic Information Science Center (WyGISC) in the UW School of Computing - in partnership with the
Wyoming Geospatial Organization (WYGEO) - will be hosting the Wyoming Geospatial Community Forum on
Monday, January 12, 2026 at the UW Conference Center in Laramie, Wyoming.
The Forum is being held as a pre-event to the Open Science Data Summit, organized by the Wyoming Innovation Partnership DataHub Initiative.
Because spatial is so special, we've given it its own day!
More details can be accessed via the QR code on the embedded image here and accompanying attachment.
Registration is FREE but REQUIRED - sign up just for the Monday Forum or stay for the Summit as well.
We'll be sharing a complete agenda soon, outlining discussion topics and speakers,
including an in-person presentation by Erik Holmlund, Executive Director,
Alberta Data Partnerships Ltd.
We look forward to you joining us for this discussion about All Things Geospatial - from data sharing to governance and innovation. What better way to start the New Year!
Best regards,
Jeff Hamerlinck
