Write to the Bone Updates

Sorry I've been such a stranger. One of my New Year's resolutions is to
update the Write to the Bone website (http://www.writetothebone.org)
more often. In fact, I've already started. Here are some things I've
done over the Christmas holiday:

1. Links to websites for writers. I've added a bunch of links and plan
to add more over the next few weeks.
