Greetings, All!
All preorders are out the gate and in the mail as we speak - it's been
almost entirely a solo show, as my shipping man hurt himself and it's
been almost all me. But it's done, and everybody should start watching
their mailboxes for their books! Domestic will probably take up to two
weeks, with the holidays, and the internationals a bit longer.
