Hi Mike, 

I want to compute the TTR of 36 texts but the software processes only 20 texts. Am I doing something wrong?

I need more information. Did you actually select 36? Can you show screenshots or at least a detailed explanation of what you do and what you get?

Hi Mike, 

Yes, I select 36 texts. I repeated the operation more than once and the result is always the same. When I click on "make a word list now", a message is shown saying "problem making word list", I click on "ok", then, the frequency list appears. When I click on "statistics" I obtain the list, but only with 20 texts. I am sending you attached some screenshots. If more details are needed, please, let me know.

Which version of WS is that, WS4 perhaps?

My advice is to check the text format of your 36 texts. In the file chose window there is probably a button offering a Unicode test. Try that.
