Problem with line tags in Concordance

Hey, I need to build a concordance with line references for all words of a long text. Alas, in the final TAG column I always get multiple line references, in sequence, of which only the last one if the one I want. Here's what I've done:

- tag file, only one line: <#>

- search-words from file

The OUTPUT always takes this form, i.e. several tags in the TAG column (shortened here):

22  And aftre succure þar þai   abad.    Pandras þe kyng ABAD <752>,<753>,<754>

The actual line is 754.

Changing tag display format has no effect.

What can I do to get rid of the other line-number tags? Thanks! Dirk

Hi Dirk

I understand and will check whether there's a setting for that. If you're using WS 9.0 I can tweak the program to ensure you get what you need.

The program was showing the last few tags. I can imagine why that was not what you want and have fixed it. I'm just tweaking another couple of issues affecting tags like yours and plan to upload in the next two or three days.

Sorry for my late response. Thanks for your efforts! Alas, my WS version is 8. Any chance to fix it there? Thanks a lot!

Afraid I cannot now change WS8. In that version I imagine you get the last few <#> tags but only up to 50 characters. To get only the last one, you'd need the current version which I still can update, WS9.
