Still having trouble with word counts in cluster

I'm still not getting consistently accurate word counts using cluster
in Concord. For the word "statistics," the top three word cluster is
"department of statistics." Cluster counts 19 but a concordance
search counts 57. "the department of" is 12 in cluster and 133 in a
set of concordance lines.

I've reloaded WS 5 to the latest version. I've made a new concordance
file for "statistics." I've shut the whole thing down and re-started
the computer and WS5.

What can I be doing wrong? I'll send the .cnc file to you in hopes
that you can see something that I'm doing wrong.

Have you tried a complete re-installation, Pat? The link is

It is quite quick and should get rid of any kind of corruption which
has crept in somehow; you can copy your data back in afterwards so you
needn't lose anything.
