Hey All,

This is an annual workshop that we hold, showing folks how to engage in the mysterious art of seed-saving! It is much simpler than you think, as are most things, and we’ll show you how.

Tomatoes, Corn and Sunflowers are the topic. If you have any fruits left that you want to seed save, bring it to the workshop and we’ll start you on your way!

Here is the info, also in the attached flyer. Please forward if you know others who would like to attend!

What: REC’s Seed-saving Workshop

Where: Charlie Buffone Community Garden, Corner of Penn and Aetna streets. If the weather is too harsh, we will hold it at the Oak Hill CDC, 74 providence street, just 1 block away from the garden.

When: Friday October, 16th, 3:30pm-5pm

Bring tomato, corn or sunflowers that you would like to save seeds from!

Thanks and maybe see you there,

Julius
