Subject: The Vegan Bus coming to Worcester this Sunday - a big old hippy bus, powered by waste vegetable oil
To: The Go List <

This Sunday, Aug 29, some Northampton peeps are driving their big old grease-powered school bus to Worcester to give out free vegan baked goods in Elm Park, play some music, then go to Loving Hut to give a presentation on their project and get an award. It should be cool.
Their bus is neat, they run it on waste vegetable oil. The woman who makes the baked goods that they're giving away, rumor has it that she developed the recipes for the pastries at
Cafe Evolution in Florence, MA. And Loving Hut is doing a "special feast" with mock meats fried in new and interesting ways. It's buffet-style.
Here's the schedule:
- 11am Elm Park with vegan treats
- Noon Short film about the vegan bus project
- 12:30pm Lunch at Loving Hut, Chandler St
- 1pm Presentation by the bus crew
