Not published via the US Gov't Printing office?!? A FOUNDATION? Is this
an attempt to fund the CFeds program via sales of the manual?

Wasn't this created on the taxpayers time/money? Is it public domain or
will it be copyrighted by the foundation?
What about a .PDF version?

I was at one time a member of a group selected by the NSPS to provide a
review of the draft prior to publication -- that all vanished and there will
be no public review period? Ohmygosh.

I was at the unveiling last night. They only had four paperback copies printed to present to the DOI dignitaries. I had heard that the GPO would not be printing for a month or two. Did not notice they were not printed by the government.

Ready to get out of DC, too many suits around here.

I saw a few of the cadastral chiefs, but not all. Nice ceremony.
