Gregoire -
This is fantastic. And kudos on your subtle maneuvering in regards to
French wine politics. ;-) There is a pain at the bottom of my heart
that I cannot make it over to this.... :-(
I'll definitely look up your nptechfrance list - I may add some of my
own - I've tried to do some research over the last few months, but
obviously it's difficult from over here. CompuMentor is very interested
in the NGO / tech world in France, but the nonprofit landscape (if you
could cal it that) is (I think) fairly different.
I think the French-African NGO connection is a very interesting one, and
one that could be very productive/ valuable. We had a great session on
"RuralTech" at WineCamp here, and I know that if you do a search on
"ONG" and "technologie", more African-based organizations show up than
France-based, so I think that tells you something. :-)
If I have time, I'll also add some "organizing lessons from WineCamp" to
the wiki. I know ChrisTara also took notes.....
Man, now I know how people felt who missed WineCampCalaveras.... This
looks like it's going to be amazing.
