In need of an update meeting

Hey gang,

Well well well...time is flying by. To date, we have very few registrations...but I'm not concerned. We haven't really pushed it.

Here is what we need:

1. status update meeting. a wee get-together (beginning of next week?) to see where we are at. I know Jen has thought out the food, Greg has done uber work and finished the survey, etc. and both him and Billy have got the word out to the non-profits. What else do we need? Andrew? Things good on your end? Potties? Etc.?
   
   
2. promotion. Yikes. Let's gather those email addresses...wait, that's my job. Will do that this weekend for sure. Then we can send a message (similar to Greg's) out to that group and pick up those registrations. We need to promote to this group that the cost is because: 1. we need comittment because it is a slightly larger and more produced event and 2. because we are bootstrapping it more due to content
   

So...how is Monday night for everyone? Say, like 7 pm?

Monday works for me. Now we'll have to find a room (the "Drupal Camp"
room has been converted to offices).

We've already heard back form a couple of key nonprofits that are
interested (I won't mention names in advance because I'm fairly
superstitious) - but it's looking good. ;-)

I will call and schedule the nicest, prettiest, potty available for you Tara.

Also, have started mowing the camping area, have some general clean up to do, and we spoke of ordering fire wood. Is there a slush fund for small expenses like wood.

 

TABLES, CHAIRS, ???

 

Important note! We can not use the words “Tasting” on the posting, because that implies a specific license restriction which we don’t want to address.

 

I will be talking to my compliance person but for now lets just assume I am having friends over to the property and sharing some wine with them. Cough, cough-

 

We can talk about how much and ext next week, for your meeting I should be able to attend, if not in person then by conference.

 

What is the status on the wireless? Day two?

 

Also I will be sending some logo, and photos for someone to manipulate for posters or posting, ext.

 

I know, I know Chris has heard this before.

I'm still down (up?) for a 7pm, Mon night meeting. There will be
protests against the new immigration bill downtown at 5pm which a) some
of us may be attending b) might interfere with people's ability to
travel. Just a thought.
