Searching Drive Drive

Ref. Vista 32 bit

I frequently fail to find files on my drive when searching using
Windows Explorer.

Can someone suggest a better way of locating files on the disk?

Fastest way is manually by right clicking > Start > and on menu click
> Explore which opens Windows Explorer. Otherwise Vista has the search
right in the Start Menu. There is a genuine freeware called RegSeker
(works with Vista) that is actually a very good registry cleaner and
search - but also has a File Search built in that you can type in what
you are looking for and click Search Files. Using Vista search or any
utility like that will obviously take longer but is many times
neccessary say when looking for some file in Windows\system32 which,
as example, will have many file inside folders that can take forever
trying to find manually. The nw search built in Search in Vista was
also an upgrade option offered to XP.
