Every time I start windows a dialogue box appears:

Picture Man API Tool Manager

Total number of tool not specified or invalid

To set tool number, use keyword TOOLNUMBER in section [TOOLS] of INI
file.

...I recently installed a trial version of Office 2007.

Does anybody know how I can get rid of this box?

Uninstall Picture Man software... That should solve your problem.
