MIDL1020: error with VS 2010 in Windows 2008 Server(64bit)

Dear All,
I am trying to port my application from Windows 2003 server (32bit) to
Windows 2008 server (64bit).
While doing the above I am getting the following errors

While doing the above I am getting the following errors
command line error MIDL1020: cannot open response file /out .\..\..\..
\..\..\build\server\vs2010\Debug\test\
command line error MIDL1024: Errors on command line--Aborting
I am not able to resolve it.Any help or suggestion would be of great
help.
Changes like Target Machine, Target Env is taken care ...like I have
the settings as /MACHINE:X64 and /env x64.
