Force reboot after shutdown

Hello, I'm looking for a tool able to reboot immediately after
shutdown, because I need to boot another OS.
Is that possible? Maybe there's some registry setting for ACPI,
undocumented.
I saw several people having this as a problem, instead I need it. :D

Use `shutdown -r` coomand to shutdown ....it will reboot your machine.

Sorry, I mean reboot after hibernation, not shutdown!
