Keyboard Number Lock on at Startup!

Hi Guys,
Can anyone help me. I need to turn the number lock off in Windows Me so
that at startup we dont have the numbers on the keyboard. I have
checked in the bios and can not find anywhere that will give you the
option. Any ideas would be appreciated!!!
