howdy everyone looks like we need to fix our c and n lines

Hi
There seems to be some discrepencies in our c and n lines.
can we all add C and N lines for every server? it might make routing a
fair bit easier.
at the moment i am only able to connect nice*, bris* and adel*. (adel
is hub)
Nice* IP seems to have changed so the other servers cant see it atm.
ham* and tor*, blue and lex* are all disconnected but i cant connect
them because the C lines are all incorrect.
