Any Ghost users here?

I have Ghost 14 and the last time I used it, I made a recovery point
back in Nov. of last year. now, I need to do a disk to disk copy of my
C drive...because of recent virus problems. I start Ghost in All
programs, click on Norton ghost and I am immediately into an area
where its telling me that it cannot make contact with my computer and
the name of my computer is mentioned. I have xp sp3...It seems I
cannot get into the regular area to do anything else. I spent the
entire week in the Symantic tech forum and no one has helped.
