Moving XP and etc to another hd

I have 3 hd's in my system and crazy sounds come up from what I
believe is my primary hd. This makes me believe that it may be on its
last legs and would want to transfer the entire OS and my programs and
data over to my slave drive before the inevitable happens. I do not
want to buy a program that I may only use once...aka..disk drive,
ghost and etc. I got a closet fill of them when they were available
for win98 and 95 and now they are just 'hanging around'. Is there a
way that I can do this transfer bit the most ecnomical way?
