Crazy readings in Partition Magic

I have 2 internal hd's. Primary only has the C drive, the second
slave drive, 4 partitions , which I want to format. I inserted the
PM6 rescue drives, reboot. The disk readings on the top show disk 1
and disk 2. In disk 1 it shows my C drive, fine. When I click on disk
2, it shows at the beginning of the graph C drive in a small box. Now,
why would a c drive show up on my disk 2 where i had 4 small
partitions on a 40 gig drive? True in the past that slave drive at one
time was used as a primary, but since i had it removed to make an 80
gig drive my primary. Of course, in that process, i had reformatted
the slave drive and then created 4 small partitions. PM refuses to
answer me cause the warranty is way over.
