Google calendar

I'd like to reserve the lounge for Weds March 9 from 8:30 to 4:30. I can't seen to get the google calendar to work -- it seems to be conflicting with my main google calendar. No matter what I do the event I create on the lounge calendar saves on my main calendar. Any ideas how to make it work?
