Hello Tenants!

I am hosting a meeting for program the I chair: O.P.E.N. (Outreach Projects Enhance Neighborhoods).

It's a Western North Carolina Green Building Council division, and O.P.E.N is part of the outreach committee...
"We are an outlet for designers, artists & the community at large, to reflect, promote, research & act in different fields of contemporary expression. O.P.E.N. allows for public space to be the medium for shared experience; to foster mutual respect among individuals in support of Asheville’s stimulating contemporary culture."

I would like to host the meeting in our building but the Lounge will be too small for the number of people I'm expecting (10-15). I would like to setup a table or just chairs in the hallway where we can have our discussion. The meeting would start  after regular business hours (at 5:30pm) and should not run for more than 2 hours. Please let me know if you have any objections to me holding the meeting in this fashion....if I don't hear back I will assume you're cool with it:)

Please feel free to attend if our objective sounds interesting to you.

Have a great weekend!

Luly
