Hello Everyone,
The developers of a project next door (The Eagle / Market Streets Redevelopment Project & Mountain Housing) would like to inspect your offices Monday and Tuesday to ascertain the existing conditions of the building prior to construction. Long-winded way of saying they want to document any existing problems so I can't blame them later for construction related damages. They will be coming through starting around 10 am, and will continue throughout the day. Please let me know if this will be a problem. And thanks for making the Wilson Building your home!

Thanks for the heads-up, Jesse. I didn't see them here yesterday so maybe today. We haven't met, but I want to tell you what a great group of people you have here in the buidling. I feel very fortunate.

Sorry for the confusion, it's next Monday, and I'll be there also. What's happening is a new building next door by Mountain Housing and Eagle Market Streets Development Corp (EMSDC). They need to do a preconstruction survey of our building. Here's a link to their proposal:
