Village Elections Saturday

Reminder! Village elections this Saturday, April 21, 9am to 4pm at
Slayton House. Absentee ballots must be received at Slayton House by
Friday if you do not plan to vote on Election Day!

Dumpsters will be at the neighborhood centers and the Barn in the
Birches from 9am to 2pm on Saturday. Please DO NOT put any items
outside of the dumpster. Also no construction debris, tree branches or
hazardous materials.

An opening ceremony for the Wilde Lake Arboretum will be held at the
Wilde Lake boathouse on Friday, April 27th at 1:30pm. The ceremony
will be followed by refreshments and distribution of seedlings. The
Arboretum is a joint project between Columbia Association and the
Howard County Forestry Board.

The Wilde Lake Village Board is looking for volunteers to seve on the
Resident Architectural Committee (RAC) for 2007-2008. The RAC is
responsible for reviewing all Applications for Exterior Alteration and
making recommendations to the Architectural Committee for approval or
disapproval. This involves visiting properties around the village and
attending RAC meetings the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
Applications for the RAC are available at Slayton House.
