BIBLIOGRAPHIC UNION DATABASE OF PUBLIC LIBRARIES IN KONKAN AREA…
This is a project of Vidya Prasarak Mandal, Thane, which intends to
create bibliographic union database of holdings of all the public
libraries in Konkan area including Thane.
After completion of it, one would be in a position to know about the
availability and location of the books in public libraries of Konkan
area.
Vidya Prasarak Mandal intends to help the participating libraries for
computerizing their holdings by providing them an open source library
software for the purpose.
