    Michael,

Would you like us to merge for you? Do you want to write a biography for the profile? It wouldn't have to be too long, a page or two would be plenty.

    You said......
    "
    4) I mark the lowest Wiki-Id for each set. YOU can do this as a supervisor. (Profile to be for a person older than 200 years)
First - click on edit. In the far right hand corner is:
As a Supervisor you have the power to unlock the ID Brewster-4 in accordance with the policy on user group management for historically-significant ancestors. Uncheck this button to unlock it:
What this does: Contols merging and insures that this will be the lowest ID.  Should only be done for HSA profiles - Mayflower Families, European Royality, and US Presidents.

    5)  I add my self as manager to all the profiles in my list for merging. (They should be HSA, over 200 years old, and coordinated through the G2G and Google group.)

    6) I go to the merging utility and just do it - Lowest ID on the bottom. I ALWAYS run a compare before merging."

Ok, I want to clean up the children of Brewster-4.

I see there are two Jonathans, -3 and -484.  -3 is tagged as HSA, but not locked. I am the manager of -3.  -484 is not locked, is not HSA. I am not the manager of -484, how do I become same?

I found how to assume a profile, under Privacy. However, when I tried a
merge, the manager hadn't been changed. I guess I'll figure it out.

    Thanks.

    Hi Tom,

A profile being HSA and locked are the same thing. When you lock the profile ID, that's what puts the HSA badge on the profile.

I see you've got those profiles merged, so you figured it out. Let me know if you have any more troubles!
