Lianne Lavoie as User Group Coordinator

I'd like to (re)introduce you all to Lianne Lavoie ... our new
WikiTree User Group Coordinator, or some title like that we'll give
her.
Lianne was already the group coordinator for the Acadian group, in the
same way that Roger is for the Euro Aristo group. So now she's like a
coordinator of coordinators (meta-coordinator?). Or sysop. That works.
This means she'll be doing a lot of the stuff that Tami and I were
doing. But doing a better job of it. Tami and I have had a hard time
staying on top of things like:
* Opening up profiles that are 300+ years old and need to be merged
but are private.
* Drafting and proposing style rules from our discussions.
* System admin stuff like subscribe/unsub requests and keeping out spammers.
* Helping maintain the lists of who is managing what profiles.
* Writing Help pages to explain higher-level functions.
* Answering tough questions from Lindsay.
