To the WRG and contacts in Storey/Patton,
The ATR accessory is down for the time being. I'm working with Thermo to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we think it may be an issue within the actual instrument itself, not just with the accessory. If you need to use an ATR, talk to Dr. Broadhead about the one in the shared lab. If you have any issues in transmission mode (ie, using the hot cell) please contact Brandon Beck (brando...@thermofisher.com) immediately and cc me.
