There are several things to look for in an Offshore medical school for
a US student.

1. All 50 states, can you get Licensed in all 50 states? It may be okay
for many people that 45 out of 50 is fine but to go to a school where
all 50 is possible is best.
2. WHO (not updated anymore) listing
http://www.who.int/hrh/wdms/en/index.html#B
IMED, ECMFG listings.
3. If they have the above then they should have a CHARTER.
4. Years of operation and Graduates, any fully Licensed Doctors?
5. Location
6. Overall cost.
7. Do not consider any school that has Basic Science on the internet,
internet classes.

MCATS: More than half of these new schools will consider an applicant
without an MCAT
Transfers to another school: It is possible to transfer from one of
these schools to another of these schools as long as the one you want
to transfer from is WHO and or IMED listed.
to transer to a stateside school you must take and pass USLME step 1.

WHO is going to continue to update the list due to so many countries
relying on the list to validate Medical Schools.
