Anyone who has raised a child deserves to be awarded a PhD! Parenting can be both joyful and challenging!
Joyful when we see our kids grow and cross milestones. And challenging in those moments when, we, as parents, feel lost and unsure of ourselves. How do we deal with the tantrums of a toddler, the silent sulks of a teenager?
Bringing up children can be overwhelming.
Connect with your feelings and understand the feelings of your child. Helping children recognize, manage and express their emotions is the greatest gift we can give them.
Learn to relax and enjoy parenting.
Join us in these two-hour workshops and experience how.
For Children:
Being a child can be overwhelming too! Peer pressure, fierce competition, a consumerist society, television, fashion, films, media, the Internet… How can children find emotional wholeness in all of this? Bring your child and help them find balance and contentment.
Combining elements of philosophy and spirituality with psychology and communication, the workshops aim at addressing the emotional needs of parents and children to bringing about balance and harmony in the relationship.
