October LEFT and Meeting on Wednesday

There are just a few things I’d like to bring to your attention.
1) The next meeting will be Wednesday Oct 8th at 6pm. We will be meeting at Centre Spot by Tim's before going to find an empty room. If you are a bit late and miss us just give Robin a call at 519-476-3033 and he'll tell you where to find us. We will be joined by Chris Sinal a Board of Governors canidate who will allow us to ask him questions.
2) The October issue of LEFT is ready, and should be on the stands early next week. However, if you can’t wait that long I’ve attached a copy of it to this e-mail and it should be available on the website soon.
3) If you still want to get involved with LEFT or if you’d just like to submit an article feel free to e-mail me at left.pub...@gmail.com with your intentions. I’ll let you know when our next meeting will take place.
4) The ELECTION! Are you looking to get involved in the Federal Election Campaign? There will be four opportunities to get involved in the campaign to re-elected NDP MP Irene Mathyssen this week. If you are interested in foot canvassing, phone canvassing, leaflet dropping, putting up signs, promotions or can help out around the campaign office feel free to drop by Irene's Campaign office between 5pm to 9pm. during the week to contribute a few hours of your time. Don't worry if you've never volunteered on an election campaign before, Miriam and Steve will be on-hand to explain how a campaign works and help you choose something you like and get started.
