Summer Meeting #2

Hi Everyone!

I hope everyone is having a great summer.  Our next meeting is Tuesday July 8th at 7

pm by Williams in the UCC.

Items for Discussion:

1)      Club T-Shirts

-Kyle will report on the revised options and we will make a decision

-approve the purchase

      2) Summer BBQ 

            -we need to finalize the plans

            -approve the purchase of food ect.

      3) Exec Signing Authority

            -discuss

       4) Clubs Week

            -start making concrete plans for the first few weeks in Sept.

       5) Other Buisness
