The BPDA will be hosting two (2) Public Meetings to discuss the Proposed Project on the following dates at Our Lady of the Annunciation Melkite Catholic Church (7 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA 02132):   
• Wednesday, January 30th, 2019 - 6:30 PM
• Wednesday, February 13th, 2019 - 6:30 PM

The Proposed Project includes the demolition of the existing structures on-site for the construction of a new charter high school facility totaling approximately 49,520 gross square feet of floor area, including a three (3)-story classroom wing, cafeteria, gymnasium, administrative offices and storage space, two (2) second-level exterior occupiable rooftop courtyards, and thirty (30) spaces of valet-assisted surface parking and forty-six (46) below-level garage spaces.

Please find available below the web link to review the Small Project Review Application ("SPRA") for the proposed Roxbury Preparatory Charter High School project at 361 Belgrade Avenue in Roslindale (the "Proposed Project") received by the Boston Planning & Development Agency ("BPDA") from Roxbury Prep Belgrade Avenue, LLC (the "Proponent") on January 8, 2019. 

The Proposed Project includes the demolition of the existing structures on-site for the construction of a new charter high school facility totaling approximately 49,520 gross square feet of floor area, including a three (3)-story classroom wing, cafeteria, gymnasium, administrative offices and storage space, two (2) second-level exterior occupiable rooftop courtyards, and thirty (30) spaces of valet-assisted surface parking and forty-six (46) below-level garage spaces. 

While the required public comment in connection with the submission of a Small Project Review Application is thirty (30) days, the Proponent has opted to extend the public comment period in this instance to forty-five (45) days. Written comments from city departments, public agencies, elected officials, and the general public should be submitted to Aisling Kerr by Friday, February 22, 2019 via email at Aislin...@Boston.gov or at the mailing address available below.
