The proponents of 1895 Centre Street would like to know if they can present at the West Roxbury Neighborhood Council in November. They would like to receive feedback from WRNC, WRMS, and the abutters in that area. They have not filed yet and would like to meet with the community beforehand.
The proposal is a new four-story mixed-use building consisting of approximately 4,856 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, with 24 residential units on floors two through four. Presentation from O’Neil and Associates on a proposed development of approximately 29 single family homes; complete with a new street, running parallel to Washington St, and associated infrastructure on a 7.75 acre lot of land owned by the Proponent off the Willet St Extension. The total proposed project is approximately 75,400 gross square feet.
