Right, i've set up an account with Yorkshire Water. It's from the 16th
September til 31st March (has to be 6 months you see), and is a flat
rate £129.11 for that period. I've arranged for the bills to be taken
monthly, direct debit from the account that Susie has set up. First
payment is on 1st October and is for £33.51 and after that there will
be 4 payments of £23.90. So that's £4.79 each for the first month and
£3.42 each after that.

I think that we're possibly liable for any water which has been used
before the 16th, as i told the people that i was moving in on that date
but the first person to move in permanently was on the 1st and they
said that because i would be moving furniture in on the 16th that's the
date that the account has to be opened from. I didn't know when
everyone else moved in so couldn't really mention that, but i'm sure
it'll be fine. Hmz... tricky!
