Need internet to setup MBP & rails env

Hello,

I wonder if any rails company would let me user their internet today and tomorrow as I have to install Xcode, ruby, and tons of gems. My previous computer has been stolen last week and the internet I have access to at my hostel is very very bad :/

I'm freelance Rails developper working with clients in europe ( I'm French ), I'd be happy to met some members of the ruby community here in Welly.
