Hi folks,  Honestly, this is important because a close friend of mine had a house fire that started due to soot buildup in the chimney/basement collector space. It smoldered for a long time and eventually burned part of their home. That incident really scared me, so now I’m getting my own chimney cleaned regularly.

We’re currently scheduling a dryer vent cleaning with Timothy, and if a few more neighbors are interested, we can get a group discount. Normally this service costs $399, but with multiple homes it drops to $149 per home. and for chimney cleaning it's $169.  (They also offer duct cleaning if needed) Cleaning your dryer vent is really important because lint and dust buildup can become a serious fire hazard if not maintained properly. We’ve used this service before, and they do an excellent job.
