Question about template

Hello,

I'm attempting to create a site using the Dynamic Ghost Red template.
The nav links on the homepage are Home, Our Products, About Us, Links,
Contact US. I really like the template but I need to change the names
for these nav commands. Is this possible? I have tried and read
everything but haven't had any luck.
