Base64 plugin file (plugins/plugin.base64.php) is missing

Hello
I am getting the error "Base64 plugin file (plugins/plugin.base64.php)
is missing". I'm sure I got the path right, because before I was
getting the error "The path to the plugins folder is not in the
configuration file." The path is www/bernardobatista.com.br/contato/
plugins.
I see so many people with this problem, but only one solution: fix the
absolute path to plugins folder. But what else could it be?
