My zip file doesn't contain the correct files

Hello
I uploaded my form and thank you files, but my zip didn't have a setup
folder and the configuration.php was very different from the video; it
only had the text to replace with my email.
Any suggestions?

Nevermind, it turns out the instructions were only for Database form,
not for email.
