Form Help?

Okay, I created a form, I downloaded the files, and edited the
configuration file to have my e-mail in it. The problem is, rather
than send the information and redirect the person who filled out the
form, it just tries to open Outlook to send an e-mail with the
information in it. I want something that just sends the info from the
form to my e-mail, so the user doesn't have to fiddle with their e-
mail, or deal with Outlook if they do not have it configured.

Any suggestions?
