error 1 operation not permitted

After downloading the file i get an error message that reads "Unable
to unarchive "wff.1227846105.zip" into "desktop" (error 1 - Operation
not permitted.)

I have tried on 2 different computers and in both safari and firefox
and all give the same results.

would appreciate assistance seems like a web form factory error not
anything i can control...
