Hi Coders,

I would like to introduce my company and soon after the requirements we have.
Mpigeon is based out of Singapore ,our goal is to bring relevant information to people.

The use of technology is a means to an end, if you ever hear anyway say mpigeon is an IT company do correct them , as we are only users to technology to bring about the revolution we strive for.

The company is currently focusing on developing,  application on the web and mobile,
I am looking for 15 developers to work from our bangalore office ,

6-7 ruby on rail developers
Skills
- Ruby (>1 year)
- Ruby on Rails (>1 year)
- HTML5
- Javascript / Jquery
- Ajax
- Facebook Api
- Other web languages
- familiar with Git/Github
- familiar with Heroku

Additional
- good if they have a portfolio of completed projects
- knows non-relational databases (MongoDB, CouchDB etc.)
- additional projects they have done
- works independently
- list any open source contributions
- gems they use are familiar with
- do they have an workingwithrails, odesk, elance, gure, vworker etc. profile?

1-2 senior developers with all around knowledge about web and mobile technology,
- 2 years experience in development of application on web and mobile,

Freshers are also welcome to apply

-Looking for a quick learner,  with a portfolio .
-Freshers would have to clear 2 interview rounds,  one general other would be 30 mins test.

I the salary ranges from 15,000 to 80,000 depending on the skill of the developer.
