Northwest Immigrant Rights Project is excited to announce that

we’re hiring a Staff Attorney to join our Impact Litigation Unit in Seattle!

This team drives systemic change through high-impact litigation in federal courts, challenging unfair immigration laws, policies, and practices. Alongside this, legal staff provide direct services to NWIRP clients in immigration matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).

If you’re passionate about advancing immigrant rights and eager to make a meaningful impact through both litigation and direct representation, we’d love to hear from you.

*While not required, two years of experience in federal litigation and representing individuals in removal proceedings is highly valued.*

The full job description is attached as a PDF and is also available on our Careers Page. We’d greatly appreciate your help in spreading the word about this opportunity!

Many thanks, and warm wishes!
